On a dead end block bordering Chestnut Ridge and Monsey, lives sixty plus Talmidei Chachamim of dedicated to full time Torah learning. Renting their homes, these Kollel families are unified towards raising their children in a pure atmosphere of Bnei Torah while living in the simplicity of yesteryear.

Our Mission

At the helm of this community (which is known as “Kehillas Bnei Hakollelim”) stands Harav Aharon Einstadter shlita. Harav Einstadter is an outstanding Talmid Chacham and Rosh Kollel, who serves the Kehilla b’mesirus nefesh together with his Rebbetzin; a respected mechaneches, noted speaker and ba’alas chesed. With tremendous dedication on many levels, the Rav and the Rebbetzin devote themselves tirelessly to the neighborhood, to the Greater Monsey community and to many charitable causes in both America and Eretz Yisroel.

Charities Help In Lots Of Different Ways

Residing in a corner of the block lives the Kehilla’s highly regarded Posek, Rabbi Yitzchak Rothstein, whose mastery of Shas, hasmadah and humility are well known. Rabbi Rothstein is a talmid of Rav Reuven Feinstein Shlita as well as an esteemed avreich of the prestigious Kollel Yisroel V’Shimshon located in Manhattan. In addition of his rigorous learning schedule, Rabbi Rothstein has set hours and is very accessible as he selfless makes himself available for the many halachik questions that come his way from the neighborhood, the Monsey community and beyond.
